I’ve always had a passion for stories. Growing up, teachers used to give me detention for secretly reading books instead of paying attention in class. That same childhood passion has taken me to the Appalachian Trail, to New York City to attend an MFA in Fiction Writing program, to teaching composition and creative writing at Brooklyn College, to writing book reviews for Electric Literature, and now to Britton Marketing & Design, where I work as a copywriter and digital storyteller. The one connecting thread in my life has always been storytelling.

At Britton Marketing & Design, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of national clients. I wrote Haggar’s first catalog in their illustrious 90-year history. I produced digital content for the venerable paint brand, Pratt & Lambert. I worked on a team that created data-informed brand strategies for BraunAbility and Auto-Owners Insurance. Other clients have included Sherwin-Williams, Do it Best, Moen, Dutch Boy, Baekgaard, and Scott Barber Apparel.

Throughout all of these projects, I’ve used my passion for storytelling to help brands and companies find new and innovative ways to tell their own stories, and to do so in a way that is flexible enough to face a dynamic digital future.
