Plenity is a breakthrough, FDA-approved weight management tool from Gelesis. For Plenity members to see the best results, they must adhere to a strict daily regiment of Plenity capsules. So, my team was tasked with creating the Plenity member experience, a seamless digital ecosystem that promotes program adherence, while also creating healthier habits that will last a lifetime. The member experience includes personalized content, email journeys, a private Facebook community, SMS journeys, and a member dashboard with dose tracking. All of these digital tools were created with a single goal in mind: to help members transform their relationship with food by changing their day-to-day habits, and to change the way they think about themselves. It’s an experience infused with empathy, which is something you really don’t see in this category.

My roles on this project have included content strategy, content management, member journey mapping, content creation, and social media, as well as helping manage the relationships and workflows between the client and multiple other vendors, undertaking continuous medical and legal compliance reviews, and directing content creation from a team of medical experts and wellness influencers. Right now, we are working on a new and exciting phase of the member experience, as well as a native app.
