BraunAbility is the global leader in the mobility transportation industry. 50 years ago, the founder of the company invented the first wheelchair accessible vehicle, and since then the company has grown into the global leader for both consumer and commercial mobility products (BraunAbility manufactures all the wheelchair accessible vehicles in the NYC taxi fleet, for example).
I was part of a strategy team that undertook a year-long brand DNA project to identify and profiled new opportunity audiences. Once we knew which audiences to target, we built a new communication architecture for the entirety of BraunAbility’s global brand. All communication strategies took into account the regulatory and consumer behaviors unique to both the American and European markets. Our team also developed style guides to inform the development of new marketing and communication tools.
It was extremely rewarding to help BraunAbility tell the story of its amazing origins, passionate employees, and inspirational customers.
